I suggest you ...

Expire Based on Age of post and category

I pull in rss feeds into my site dynamically and assign to different categories, it would be awesome to set at the blog level a 30 day expiration on all posts based on their date and then choose what categories to apply this to.

Auto-expire by category would be awesome! I have hundreds of posts which need to be treated in different ways. By category is the answer! Thanks.

I do the same thing and need to be able to expire posts by age to a specific category

It's a great plugin as it is, and maybe you have moved on. But the ability to expire by category would be excellent.

Thanks for the great plug-in. I too would like to be able to assign expired posts to different categories rather than just a default at the moment.

+2 Looking for exactly the same functionality. This would be an awesome way to manage posts based on 'out of date' rss feeds. Especially 'news' rss feeds. Who wants yesterdays' news clogging up their database?

There is an opportunity here for you to turn a 'useful' plugin into an 'essential' plugin with the addition of this feature. :big smiley:
